About Us

Preston Community Garden was founded by Patrice Preston Rogers after the death of her father Ronnie in 2019 who suffered from hypertension and high cholesterol.  We observed the patriarch of the family "Daddy Joe" grow his own produce. The Preston Family wants to ensure that everyone in the community has access to nutritious foods.  The garden is an all-inclusive positive place that welcomes everyone of all ages to join us as partners, sponsors, or volunteers.
